Itsy Bitzy Couture is an online based store. You can only purchase through our online store and request your personalized onesies through our email adress. The address that we have listed on our website is our mailbox only.

After the purchase of 2 or more clothing items, a flat rate of $4.80 will be charged. We ship first class parcel post unless you request priority or next day. In that case, you will need to e-mail or call us and we will let you know the additional shipping charges.

We recommend hand washing our items since they are hand made. This will result in longer wear. They can also be washed on a gentle cycle and hung to dry.

Send us pictures with your little one wearing itsy bitzy and with your permission we will add your baby to our website!

Even though we use paypal as a service, it is not required that our customers have a paypal account. There is a link on the check out page of paypal that allows our customers to pay with a credit card.

Because we use paypal, we do not see your billing information. Paypal is a secure site and will not share your information. Paypal is a third party payment processing service, and is the preferred payment method for Ebay.
